We automated Flotec UK’s appointment scheduling system by integrating monday.com with Outlook Calendar using Zapier. This allowed the team to book appointments directly through monday.com, automatically reflecting in their Outlook Calendar without the need for manual input.

JotForm Integration

To simplify document management, we created an automated JotForm integration. Whenever a client filled out the JotForm, the system automatically uploaded the completed form as a PDF into the corresponding entry on monday.com. This ensured efficient record-keeping and eliminated the need for manual data entry.
