Automation Setup

To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, we implemented a robust automation system within Monday.com, integrating it with PandaDoc for contract management.

• Automated Agreement Dispatch: When the client updated a button in Monday.com, it automatically triggered PandaDoc to send an agreement to the respective client.

• E-Signature & Contract Storage: Once the client signed the PandaDoc agreement, a welcome email was automatically sent, and the signed contract was uploaded back into Monday.com for record-keeping.

• Follow-up Reminders: If the client did not sign the contract, an automated email sequence was triggered, sending reminders at three different intervals based on the client’s specified timeline.

• JotForm Integration: We created a JotForm to streamline client data collection and integrated it with Monday.com. Whenever a client submits the form, their responses are automatically converted into a PDF document and securely stored in Monday.com under the respective client’s name.

Results

Automated agreements and follow-ups reduced administrative workload, while seamless Monday.com and PandaDoc integration improved document storage and client communication, ensuring timely contract completion without manual data entry.

Through this automation setup, we significantly improved the client’s workflow, eliminating manual inefficiencies and ensuring contracts were processed without delays. Within a short period:
